What: Jaycees, your help is needed to take down and safely store the beautiful Nativity Scene on Foxboro Common. Please come if you are able!

When: Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 11am; meet on Foxboro Common.

Foxboro residents: There have been several break-ins in the last few days. It has been reported that the thieves may be using a fake Comcast van. If you see a Comcast van (or a strange looking van) in someone's driveway please call the Foxboro police (508-543-4343) and ask them to check it out. Better to be safe. Remember to lock your doors and windows (and your car) and let's watch out for each other!

During winter, we deliver buckets of sand/salt to home-bound seniors to keep their walkways slip-free. To receive a delivery, a senior need only call Jaycee

Not a Jaycee project but help is needed --

The Foxboro Discretionary Fund will be delivering the Christmas food baskets (including the Jaycee Fruit baskets) on Thursday December 18 at 6:00 pm. Lisa Downs, who heads the Discretionary Fund, will be at Saint Marks Church in Foxboro all day and can always use extra hands to help! Also, if you wish to help with deliveries she asks that 1) Please come in pairs; 2) Please -- no children to ensure confidentiality of deliveries. Please call Lisa at 508-698-3460 if you can help!
