Board of Selectmen Chair “calls the questions” and a vote is taken 1hr 8min 50sec into part three of the video.

MOTION: “I move that the Board of Selectmen dispatch a letter to Governor Deval Patrick, Stephen Crosby Massachusetts Gaming Commissioner, Robert Kraft and Steve Wynn, informing them the Town of Foxborough is not willing to be a host community for a casino and that this board will not enter into any review or negotiations regarding such a proposal.”
