COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT

FOXBORO, MA – On Wednesday, February 22^nd from 1:00pm to 3:00pm join Cynthia Menard, expert tracker from Withywindle Nature Programs to learn how to track the animals moving about in the forest! The secret to successful tracking is to never stop questioning. Cynthia will teach participants how to find tracks, scat and browse and how to use what they observe to identify the animals leaving behind their signs. You’ll learn how to tell different tracks apart, what other kinds of signs to look for and participants will receive a hand-out so you can continue practicing your tracking skills at home. Dress warmly with sturdy hiking shoes as we’ll be outside for 2+ hours; snowshoes are recommended if snow is deep as we may go off-trail. Rain, snow storm, or very icy conditions will cancel the program; we will reschedule. Program is for adults and children 13+. Program is free, but space is limited and pre-registration is required. LIVE: Parent Technology Night at FHS

Tonight at Foxborough High School learn how technology is integrated into the curriculum and how it is being used to better communicate with parents and students.

LIVE PROGRAMMING ALERT

Tonight on the Education Channel (Comcast 12, Verizon 37) FCA will have live coverage from the Parent Technology Night at Foxborough High School. Please attend if you can, babysitting will be made available, provided by the Foxborough High School National Honor Society and Student Council.

For those who cannot attend, FCA will air the opening remarks and overview presentation live from the auditorium starting at 6:00pm. Some of the breakout sessions will also be videotaped for later broadcast.
