The LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program is a 12-week strength and conditioning program designed for adult cancer survivors who are deconditioned and chronically fatigued from their cancer and/or treatment. This program is without cost to the survivor and their family. To register for the 5K and/or Kids Fun Run, and to learn more about the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program, visit hockymca.org.
