The Foxborough Commission on Disability has created two annual awards to recognize those that enhance the quality of life of individuals with disabilities.
One award will be presented to a person and one award will be presented to a business.
To nominate a person and/or a business, simply complete and mail a nomination form to:

or send an email with the nominee’s name and contact information and a brief explanation of why they deserve the award.
