Community Press Release
Bryce Kenny has experienced much in his four-year career as a Monster Jam driver of Mohawk Warrior, but reading to a library full of children this past week was a first for the North Carolina native.

Kenny met more than 150 of his young fans at the Boyden Library on Friday, June 8 – the day before he competed against 13 other drivers in the 2018 Monster Jam event at Gillette Stadium. Kenny read the children’s books, “I’m A Monster Truck” by Dennis R. Shealy and Bob Staake and “Monster Trucks!” by Mark Todd.

Following the reading, Kenny answered questions from his inquisitive audience and signed autographs.

“I love driving Monster Jam trucks,” Kenny told the audience. “They’re loud and fun and I get to crush stuff. My truck flies as high as Tom Brady throws a football. Tom has just a few more championships than I do, though.”

Feld and the Kraft family also donated tickets to the June 9 Monster Jam show at Gillette Stadium to everyone who attended the reading event.
