Super Bowl champion, New England Patriots Pro Bowler and Special Teams captain, Matthew Slater, will host his teammates, sponsors, family, friends and fans for the Matthew vs Matthew fundraising event on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 6:00-9:00pm at Splitsville Luxury Lanes™ | Howl at the Moon at Patriot Place, in Foxborough, Mass.
The meet and greet bowling fundraiser will raise funds for Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization helping with crisis, disaster and victim response of Hurricane Matthew. Patriots fans will get the chance to mingle with Matthew Slater and his teammates including Julian Edelman, Devin McCourty, Danny Amendola, Duron Harmon, Logan Ryan, Sebastian Vollmer, Chris Barker and more, while enjoying unlimited bowling, an appetizer buffet, photo booth fun and the opportunity to partake in a moderated Q&A. Guests will be able to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win high end items including game used memorabilia, gift certificates and much more.
“My wife and I have family in the Carolina’s who fortunately were not hit badly, but we have seen the devastation and felt compelled to do something to help the victims,” states Slater. “A lot of my teammates will be there and everyone will have a good time but at the end of the day this is about helping people in need and we are excited about the opportunity.”
